CHEMBA PUTTU
The Chemba crop, cultivated in the paddy fields of Kuttanad is a red tinged variety, and its colour signifies the presence of rice bran. Chemba Puttu is traditional relished in all kerala house holds. We have just revived this tradition to mark a culinary triumph.
WHITE STEAMED PUTTU
The Puttu is made out of rice powder, specially processed by the Avees, using the highest quality white rice, directly transported from major rice growing states of the Indo-Gangetic plane. It satiates your palette together with delicious curry combinations.
